Setting Up
    

Subscription Basis:
The process of setting up as a subscription basis is very simple:
1. Email us to register
2. The system will generate a link (eg. http://www.virtualpartner.com.au/helpesk/ABC/) to you, as well as the administrator log in
3. Enter this link in your internet browser. Log in as an administrator and set up the support and other initial data.
4. Inform your client of this link.

Requirement: Internet access

Ownership Basis:
The process of setting up as an ownership basis involves:
1. Email us to order
2. You need to supply the following information: company name, contact details and administrator login email address.
3. We will email you the web pages and instructions for you to create the application in your web server and MS SQL Server.

Requirement: Web Server running IIS 4.0 or later (with SMTP Service), NT4.0/ Win2000/WinXP, MS SQL Server 7.0 or later.

Ownership basis
      • Enterprise (unlimited number of offices/site, support types and staff), AUD $8,500
      • Enterprise yearly upgrade plan AUD $3,500
      • One time charge only.
